AXGEAR fault
« on: May 11, 2018, 08:43:03 AM »
   Hi all,

I am testing some motion from a BX-DM1E with the master moving to target position and the slave using AXGEAR or AXFOLLOW
instruction. In both cases I always get the fault " fault-master-enable" ( see picture).
Please give me some explanation. Thanks.

I'd probably need to see more of the program to tell why it's happening, but the fault is the result of the axis master enable bit getting shut off somewhere. Normally the master enable is set by AXCONFIG and never turned off. If you need to kill the axis outside of normal instruction execution (like an estop) you can clear the master enable. If you aren't doing that in code, then we need to dig deeper.

Looks like the Stage turned off.
