Designer 1.0.2 locks up on PLC connect

During the compare program "disc to PLC" I get this message. (attached)

I can open a previous project version and it's OK.  The change to my latest version is a CTRIO2 configuration change. There are some unused element references that have unassigned nicknames resulting from the config change.  I intend to remove that section of instruction later.

If support needs my two project files let me know.  I need you to keep then confidential.  I'm assuming the .dmd file is the whole project.

I rebooted the PC and no change.

I assume PM is personal mail?
I don't see how to attach a file so I need instructions on what to send and how to send it.

This may very well be a case of a novice doing something the software designer never anticipated.

It's a bug.  Thank you for finding and reporting it.  It's subtle, but huge.  Thankfully, we haven't shipped 1.1 out yet (you have no idea how close we were to shipping it).  The fix will be in 1.1.

And thank you for the work around of clearing the PLC memory and loading.  It gives me no grief at all. Back to debugging my ladder.

Did you read my private forum message?  It has some detail that additional diagnostics in Designer 1.1 pointed out while researching the bug you helped us find.  It may be helpful, or you may have already addressed it.
