New to Direct Soft Need Help on Pid Loops
« on: March 01, 2012, 04:43:13 AM »
Hello,

Need help using direct soft with pid loops.

I need to do an analog input for a humidity and temperature sensor. The humidity sensor is 0-100%RH and the temperature is -20 degrees to 140 degrees F.

Plus an analog out that drives an I/P where the psi pressure change is realitive to the output change. The range I am looking for is 4-20ma out = 0 to 20 psi.

All inputs are 4-20ma loop powered.

Any help would be appreciated.

You'll get better response on Automation Direct's forum on these application-type questions. http://forum.automationdirect.com
We're good with detailed questions about our products (DirectSOFT, Ethernet modules, CTRIO, et. al.), but not much help on the app-side (although we do have some great customers who do post here, but there's a LOT more who follow the ADC forum).
