I can not use "hei_pas" in VB.Net

Dear Experts,
    I would like to link PLC Koyo DL260 CPU with VB.Net. I try to use "hei_pas.dll" but can not linked. I can use "hei_pas.dll" in VB6. How i do it?

host engineering has a customer-provided conversion of our ethernet sdk source code to vb.net 2003. you have to go to their web site and request the ethernet sdk source code to get it - there's a link on the main page.
