on-delay & off-delay timers not working DO-05 PLC

Hi everyone i am having trouble getting the on-delay & off-delay timers to work when i get my DO-05 plc programmed. When i call for a specific input that i have refrenced to either or timer associated with a specific output the output just on and there is no on delay or off delay depending on which one is called for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again to all!!

Can you post your program here? Or at least a relevant section. A better way is to make a simple program with one input, one timer and one output. Try that and verify that, in your eyes, it still doesn't work. Then use File-Export to send the program to a text file. Copy and past from that file here.
