Documentation not showing up when selecting load from plc

Yesterday was at a plant that has 2 plc's. When updating to 2.9 I connected to each PLC and said there was a difference in disk vs PLC. So i selected load from plc and all my documentation was missing except rung comments. I backed out and didn't remember any plc changes since we shut down in December so i loaded from disk saved then updated and the documentation was there. Not sure if this was something on my end or if anyone else had the same issue.

These were both 36ar BRX.

What were the differences?  It shows whether there are differences between the PLC/Disk: Program, System Configuration, and/or Documentation.

Also, were there any messages in the Output Window when you selected PLC?

There were messages but i don't remember i basically closed the program and restarted then selected disk. I have other plants to update and will take note if it happens again.
