Max Email characters?

  Is there a maximum length for emails sent with brx? I'm continually getting a "Buffer overflow" and "Print script caused buffer overflow @00001372 (EMAIL at FileLoggong@2445) " and "attempted string operation was longer than target string and was truncated". I'm attempting to email 4 strings  (512 characters each, but not all characters are used) with a carriage return between each string.
 The sent email is then missing about half of the 4th string.
 What is causing this error?

I think the email buffer is 1024. You can send file attachments of any size.
