8 Axis motion control with BRX?

I am just wanting to verify that a BX-DM1E-36ED23 along with a BX-HSIO4 can support 8 axis of line driver output for servo control? I have done several systems with the Do-More with 3 axis but I have a project that now requires 8.

Shouldn't be a problem.  You can stuff the entire rack full of HSIO if you want.

FYI...

The closed loop capabilities are within a single HSIO module - NOT between HSIO modules.  For example, you can't use an AXFOLLOW with a Master on one HSIO card and the Slave on a different HSIO card.
