If the EBC100 is blinking the pattern of 2 blinks and then pause, that just means the module is stuck in the booter, not that the booter is corrupt. You most likely have not bricked it. Also, if it shows no IP address, yet you can still see it in NetEdit3, then you need only attempt to update the firmware again. Your IP address is probably still in there, it's just that the booter can't get to the firmware yet (because that failed for some reason). A good idea is to also make sure nothing else is trying to talk to the EBC100 while it is updating the firmware (e.g. if it is an ERM, then unplug the ERM; if it is an HMI, unplug it, etc.).
