New user looking for tutorial or good examples

I am new to Directsoft and looking for the most efficient way to learn to program the 06 PLC for my application. I will be controlling process water w/ a few shutoff valves and pumps. I have a FO-04THM module, but am having trouble even being able to identify how to read that after looking through several pages of the operator's manual. If anyone is interested, I can send a flowchart or detailed desc of what I'm attempting to do.
