Using built-in and POM ethernet together

Can I connect a BRX to a C-More via the built-in ethernet port then program BOTH of them using a POM module? I am building 4 identical extrusion line control panels and have no need for a switch. Alternately I can use an exteranl switch during setup but the POM seems like an elegant solution if it works.

No, the PLC is not a switch/router. It's like having 2 Ethernet Network cards on your PC, but not a switch.
