Chase, you said something interesting: "I have looked at Internet Options to see if I had changed some setting but didn't notice anything changed". Does this mean you are trying to connect to the PLC over the Internet? If so, can you ping the IP address of the ECOM (or ECOM100)? Also, if it doesn't work on the Admin account and works on a "lesser" account, it could be that the Admin account uses 2 NICs (wired & wireless) and the "lesser" account is limited to only one NIC (say, wired). If so, the Admin account's versatility (2 NICs) could be the issue. On that account you would have to disable the NIC you are not using, or reprioritize the NIC you want to use.
