BRX analog modules
« on: February 22, 2018, 05:59:47 AM »
Not sure it has been discussed or not about more BRX analog modules. Any plans to make combination in/out modules? I have a need sometimes to have only one or two analog in, and one or two analog outs. I see that the modules or not that expensive to begin with. But buying 8 channel in and a 8 channel out seems a waste of resources. I been using the BRX with no I/O and adding modules as needed. Sometimes I need to add modules as the project design changes. I like the BRX with no I/O because then modules can be changed out if they fail without reprogramming a new CPU. It fits our need as the DL205 series replacement.

Funny thing happened. I got so use to the Do_More, I had to go back into an older project with DS and forgot how to use it! DS is nice but i got so use to the features of Do-More, DS felt so "old". NO math, had to use move, LDD, Multbin. Adding a timer was a chore. Forgot 3 did not represent 3 seconds.

Yes. There are many more analog modules in the pipeline.
