Program/Task Code pop up box
« on: August 22, 2016, 12:31:01 PM »
Explain the setting options when the Program/Task pop up box appears creating a new program?

Retentive Program Structure
Yielding
Code Block Protection

I have just been using the default checks.

Retentive: Do you want the block to remember what stages are active on a restart?
Yielding: How much time (during each scan) do you want to devote to completig this block when there are looping type instructions?
Protection: Do you want to require that a user enter a password in order to view/edit this program block?
Circumstances don't determine who we are, they only reveal it.

Of course, the Help file gives details regarding this. But on our website the Tech Training slides has a comprehensive few slides in the Program VS Task slide set that you can download for free. It fully explains these parameters. They are PowerPoint slides.
There are two types of people in the world; those that can extrapolate from incomplete data sets.
