Not at the present time. FBD is definitely something we'd like to consider for the future.

Do you mean Function Block Diagrams (the programming language that contains &-gates and OR-gates and +-blocks, etc.), or do you mean user defined Function Blocks, where you define a "function" and a parameter list, and program it in whatever program of choice, then re-use YOUR Function Block anywhere you need to call it?

IEC 61131 function block, our ozone system suppler uses a PLC to control the system. The new system can support any IEC 61131 based PLC.

Do-more PLCs do not support IEC 61131.
