Explicit Messaging
« on: March 02, 2015, 04:07:23 PM »
Hi there,
Been through the documentation and software and can't find anything on it.
So I'm figuring it doesn't support explicit messaging out of the box or does it?.

Just thought I'd throw it out there for a more defining answer. ???

Thanks for any and all input.

Do you mean EtherNet/IP Explicit Messaging? It does not support it now, but we are actively developing it and it will be included in Rel 1.4, which we expect to release in a month or two.

Yes Bob, that's what I was referring to. Sorry I wasn't a bit more specific.

Anyway, sounds great about the new update.

Thanks for the info

I thought so, but didn't want to assume.

We're adding both scanner and adapter functions. Flexible and quite easy to use.

Very cool!   Greatly looking forward to both (scanner and adapter).
I retract my earlier statement that half of all politicians are crooks.  Half of all politicians are NOT crooks.  There.
