Nicknames not updating in Search Box

A few weeks ago, I changed the nickname of an element from OutputFoo to OutputBar.  Now, if I create a contact, and type OutputFoo it no longer shows up (yellow dot), working as expected.  If I create a contact and type OutputBar, it shows up (green dot), working as expected.

If I hit Ctrl+F, and type Output, it still suggests OutputFoo, which is no where to be found.  It doesn't suggest OutputBar, which is the phrase I'm trying to get infront of my eyes to jump-start my brain on what exactly I'm looking for.

How do I get this list to fully "refresh"?

It appears that the find dialog is remembering the TEXT of the field, not the MAPPED ELEMENT of the text of the field.  We can probably fix that.
