Feature Suggestion: ALHILO, ALDEV, ALRATE

ALL
Allow the "Enable" option to be a bit/coil/boolean to enable or disable the Alarm members individually.
ALHILO: High-High, High, Low, Low-Low
ALDEV: Negative, Positive
ALRATE: Negative, Positive


ALDEV
Expose  the measured Deviation.  (Input-Setpoint)

ALRATE
Expose the calculated Rate of Change


All of these can be done separately/programmatically but the builtin functions can reduce the "visible" code and simplify the task as they are already happening.
Maybe add a built-in Structure to accomplish the same task? (We made a Structure and Subroutine for these add-ons...)
