add a base

Is there a preferred method of adding another base to a D2-DM1E system? I need to add more I/O cards and would like to add a base since it is right next to the existing base already installed. I read somewhere the D2-Cm and D2 EM no longer work with the Do-More.

There were limitations with the EM/CM approach that we didn't want to deal with.
Use the Ethernet I/O Master and an EBC or a DMIO. It doesn't have to be 205, you could use BRX with it.

A 16 slot base would be nice.

16? That's big. Would 11 solve most issues?

11 slots would work, twice doing a 450 to Do More upgrade I needed one more slot.
