My client has a Direct Logic 205, DL230+D216NA+D2-12TR, in an old pump-set.

The equipment's manufacturer sent me the program folder with the PRJ file (plus 11 more files). I downloaded the DirectSoft100 program but it will not open the PRJ file since it is too large.

I just want to look at the ladder logic since the PLC is working fine right now. I only need to read the 3806 byte file. Are there any free options which will permit viewing the logic?

First programmed a PLC in 1984
Programmed one since...
Change the attached file's extension to prj...

I would be happy to give you a pdf of your program, but you will need to post all of the files. If you put them all in a folder, then just right-click>>Send to zipped folder, then you can attach them here.

Hopefully you will find everything in the pdf. Please let me know if I missed anything in the printout.

 ;D awesome!

How would I know? It looks complete to me...

Is there any additional documentation? I would love to know what their cryptic codes mean.
I do understand the "AUTO/MAN, PUMP TEST, ALT/BOTH" codes are. Perhaps I should contact the Manufacturer...

Thanks again plcnut!

I got all of the ladder, but sometimes there are extra devices attached (Like a DV1000) that has separate setup information that is not in the ladder. As far as I could tell there was not anything like that in your project. But I am a bit rusty at DSoft...
