Live update not working?

Is the server that allows for a live update of the ecom cards and do-more PLCs offline?  I get a ceb failed error downlaoding from host in both the designer and netedit.

No. Our server crashed back a bit and the new server is blocking some of the file extensions. We are aware of it, but our IT guy hasn't discovered the magic handshake. Virtually nobody is here today due to the snow, but I think there exists somewhere on Host's website a place to download all firmware in one big zip.
