Trend View tabs

I can't seem to find a way to delete some of the trend view tabs when I get to many started.
BTW, Trend View is a life saver in de-bugging instructions, love it!

The Tabs are a horizontal "list".  To the right edge of the tab list, there are two triangles (to scroll the "list" of tabs when you have a lot opened).  Next to the two triangles there is an X button.  Just click on that X button to close the current window, whether it's a ladder view or trend view.

I saw that thinking it would close the window so I was afraid to close it not knowing if I could get it back open.  Like most things Designer gets easier to use the more I use it.

Once you close the Trend View, you lose all trend data, and the element set itself.  If you save the project to Disk, the workspace will remember the Trend View elements and layout WITH THE PROJECT without having to actually save it to disk.

You can explicitly save the element set of the Trend View to disk.  Under the Debug menu, select Trend View->Save As or Save.  Then at a later date, you can bring back that specific Trend View by doing Debug->Trend View->Open.

Data View behaves similarly.

If you close and re-open a project that has a Trend View running, it will remember the layout and elements as franj described. But just to clarify a tiny bit further, the data that had previously been gathered will not come back. It will just start collecting data again from that point on. That may be obvious from what franj said, but I wanted to make sure.
