DirectSoft color changes

Is it possible to change the color of the fonts, background, logic, etc. in DirectSoft?  I have DirectSoft 4 running and have noticed the [PROGRAM COLORS] in DS400.ini

Hope someone can give me some guidance.

On the menu, click View->Color Setup
