Window position for modeless dialogs

It seems like there are still several modeless dialogs that do not have the Z position set to zero in OnInitDialog() in Designer to force the window to the front.  Every few hours I get a dialog that hides behind the main screen and I cannot get to it which means I have to kill Designer with Task Mugger and risk losing work.  I know it's hard to find all the possible dialogs, but this is a real time killer when programming.
