Do-More Designer feature request

This may not be a common issue for most people, but it would be helpful to have a search and replace function in the documentation editor. In my case, I am searching for a text phrase in the nicknames, and need to change that text to something else for each occurrence. You can click on the Find button and search for that text in nicknames, but have to manually make changes once that text is found. For instance, I may have ten nicknames with the text "51" in each one, and I need to change each "51" that is found to "75" in the nicknames.

Your 3rd party editor will have TONs more "replace" capability than anything Designer could support.

Make a backup copy of your project and kick the tires first.

File->Export->Element Documentation, select Standard Format (the default) or Standard Format PLUS export multi-line description in the Content Format radio button group (the latter maintains hard CR/LF that you put in your Descriptions using Ctrl+Enter when entering them, otherwise Description text just word-wraps).

make your changes, then do

File->Import->Element Documentation

EDIT: On the IMPORT, you will want to give MERGE PRIORITY to the CSV file (not existing Project records)

I know, it's really awesome, isn't it!   And the time saved is on the tedious programming tasks, not the actual fun ones.  Bonus!
