Deleting emailed log file

The only option to delete a log file is when an email is sent successfully. Is there any other way that I can set it up to delete the email? I would like to use an HMI with a C bit to manually delete the log files if that were possible. Setting up the HMI to give me the ability to delete the email isn't a problem. Knowing where to point the C bit is my problem.

Are you talking about deleting the log file, or deleting the email?

Deleting the log file on that's in the PLC memory.
