Retentive Stages after Program Mode

Is there a way to enable Stages to be on after a Program Mode to Run Mode transition?  Kind of like using $LastScan to Copy Program.S0_S15 -> D0, ProgramS16_S31 -> D1, etc, then $PgmModeRestart to unpack D0, D1, et al into a SGDIVRG instruction?  Or copy the entire Program structure into a UDT, then copy that back into the Program's structure on startup?
