how would i go about making motion profile for a circle if i had 2 axis control. I got some old junk parts ball screws slides and stepper motors thought it would be fun to make something from it

X and y velocities (and positions in fact) should both be sine waves, offset in phase by 90 degrees.

Use a virtual axis to drive two physical axes via AXCAM instructions. The cam profiles are the sin and cos of the drive axis. It?s conceptually easy, but a little tricky in practice.

Getting ready to write my first BRX motion control program for a drilling machine. Fortunately only 2 axis. Position in X then drill in Z about 35 times. I need to figure out how to make multiple programs for different products. Maybe a recipe in C-more? Or just an HMI page reading & writing positions to multiple memory blocks.
