Element Picker Bug DmD 2.0.3?

I prefer the element picker not pop up when entering a new element. After stumbling around a bit,I found the tick mark under Options/Ladder Tab for "Automatially show Element Picker...., but DmD doesn't remember my preference across sessions. Is there something I'm missing?

In the Ladder Options sub-dialog, you need to check all of the enabled Apply Options To checkboxes at the top of the subdialog (some may be disabled, so you can ignore those):

(x) Current View
(x) All Open Views
(x) New Views (this is the critical one to make sure FUTURE views do NOT show the Element Picker)
