The ladder diagram for a TMR has changed from DirectSOFT 5 to DirectSOFT 6, can you tell me the meaning of the E/R on the input ladder to the TMR box? See attached screen shots. And yes, I am a newbie...

The tabs were added so you know what each leg does. Just means Enable/Reset.

If there is not an anti-tiedown function elsewhere in your two-hand input, you might want to add one to enhance safety. (Like say a timer on each start button, which must not have expired by the time the other button is pressed.)
