ECOM firware update

I'm using a layer three OSPF network and need to update my ECOM cards firmware. However Netedit3 doesn't see ECOM cards in a non broadcast network. Is it possible to an update without having to drive to each site?

Sorry Henryp, we all seemed to miss this post. 

It is not possible to update the firmware unless you are on the local network with the ECOMs. This can be accomplished by some VPN configurations, or by using something like LogMeIn or TeamViewer software that allows you to remotely control a PC local to the ECOMs that has NetEdit installed.
