How do you clean up documentation editor, say to find out whats being used in a program?

If you are wanting to remove documentation records for elements that aren't used in the program, use the 'Clean' feature accessible from the Documentation View. If you are trying to determine what elements are used in the program, use the Usage mode of the Xref View.
