1.4.2 had a crash occuring when editing specific INIT instructions that had an empty End range parameter. Also, when changes were made to the Program with the Documentation Editor opened, this also created a possible crash situation. Both of these have been fixed in 1.4.3.
As always, version 1.4.x of Designer also has the free firmware upgrades for your H2-DM1(E) 205 CPUs and T1H-DM1(E) Terminator CPUs that take advantage of some of the new instructions and features added in 1.4.x.

- ODVA's EtherNet/IP Protocol - Explicit TCP/IP, Unconnected messaging, both Client and Server.
- New instructions: EIPMSG - Send EtherNet/IP Message, RX - Do-more Network Read, WX - Do-more Network Write.
- Memory View - monitor/update entire data-blocks of bit, numeric, and/or string memory
- Instruction Toolbox (1.4.2) - drag-n-drop instructions in-place from the new Instruction Toolbox, divided into the 16 different instruction classifications
- Cut/Copy/Paste Individual Instructions (1.4.2) - Use Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V to cut/copy/paste individual instructions into/out of the clipboard within or between projects
- Element Picker Tool - see data-block usage information while editing instruction parameters
- Memory Image Manager - now available offline, with editing capabilities for bit, numeric, and string data-blocks
- Program Check Rule Filter - easily filter out specific rule violations so you can separate the critical ones from the acceptable ones
- Auto-Fill Element Documentation Records - easily duplicate similar nicknamed elements
