(CONTACT) - Positive Differential

When the assigned bit transitions from OFF to ON, the Positive Differential contact Closes for one complete PLC scan, allowing power flow.  Regardless of the state of the assigned bit, the contacts Open on the following scan, interrupting power flow.

Element - designates the BIT location to use.  This can be any readable bit location.
