better integration into windows explorer

one thing that always seemed missing from direct soft is the ability to click on a project file from windows explorer, and have it open DS32 with the project.  Most other windows applications which work with documents allow this.

This would allow you to put a shortcut to the project file on the desk top, then click on it to open it up.
