CTRIO WB error

I'm getting an error when I run CTRIO WB and it tries to connect to the EBC module. First time user with this utility and we have a custom setup running PC software to connect to the EBC100 module via Ethernet. Our program successfully communicates with the EBC100. I'm trying to configure the CTRIO with the WB software, but can't do that because of the error.
