Latest version of NetEdit?

This is an embarrassing post, but I'm going forward with it. What is the latest version of NetEdit 3? The HostEng website lists 3.17j from 10-Nov-2022, but I have, installed on my PC, 3.17 L. It has a cool dropdown for selecting the network adapter. How did I get this? How do I get it again? That dropdown is handy!

It gets installed with DmD and DirectSoft, I think. I don't think the standalone installer has been touched. Probably should do that. I'm jealous though...I haven't installed the new improved version.
