FTPPUT/GET

I don't know enough about FTP and its implementation in DmD, but can entire folders be transferred using FTPPUT/GET?

No. One file at a time.

Do you guys have an example of how to find all files in a folder? Example implementation would be to datalog to a folder then periodically push all files in the folder to FTP server without knowledge of filename or number of files in that folder.

No example, but FILEQUERY can be used to iterate a directory.
