Can't Reset ST152 $IOError From Ladder
« on: April 29, 2020, 09:43:57 AM »
H2-DM1E
Do-more v2.7.0
OS 2.7.3
Booter 3.0.8
FPGA 3.8
Hardware 7E

The issue is when I have an open Thermocouple on a T1F-14THM, I get ST152. When I reconnect the T/C, I can not get ST152 to clear. Everything else is fine, but I have to open I/O System View in DmD to get that cleared. I don't even have to do anything else, just open it. I did get it to clear by unplugging the ethernet cable to the EBC100 and putting it back.

I have tried a RST ST152 in the ladder, It doesn't care. I have tried MOVE $EthIOMaster,SlaveErrors $EthIOMaster.ResetSlaveStatus. It doesn't care.

I have 2 H2-DM1Es running standalone but talking one to the other to be sure it and its T1H-EBC100s are OK. Nobody gets faulted due to I/O loss, the checking is done in the program. There are multiple drops and main power sources for remote I/O.

Everything is cool except for ST152.

I don't have any$EthIOMaster.SlaveErrors (or Slave0Error, etc.) But I do have $EthIOMaster.SlaveWarnings = 1.

Help?

Try
MATH $EthIOMaster.ResetSlaveStatus "$EthIOMaster.SlaveErrors | $EthIOMaster.SlaveWarnings"
instead of MOVE of just the $EthIOMaster.SlaveErrors
to reset it on any Error or Warning (note the single pipe, not double pipe - single pipe does a bit-wise OR, double pipe is LOGICAL or - you want bit-wise).
