Quick Question on Analog Scan/Sample Rate

I had a situation where a 4-20mA Distance Scanner we use for Thickness Profiling works great on a T1H-DM1E when directly on the bus but the same routine on the same PLC via a Remote IO H2-EBC100 to a 205 Rack can't sample fast enough to catch the lumber flow. A trend view confirmed the sample data vs the PEC trigger is about 50-100ms off.

I was not sure if the issue was the EBC100 / H2-Bus or the F2-4AD2DA Card I was using.

We are going to be building a new system and I was thinking I would stick with the H2 Frame to keep all the spares the same but I also thinking about using the BRX Line since I'm sure that is where most of the Focus is going to be moving forward. I don't really like the Terminator Line due to the lack of 32 point IO cards and no Ziplink cables.

I would like the ability to have High Speed Analog performance via Remote IO if possible.

What product has the fastest analog sample to scan rate locally / remotely.

I can run some tests moving forward but just thought I would ask the question to see if someone already has the answer.

Thank you in Advance
John.
