Hi ,
Does anybody know of any off the shelf zero crossing transducers with adjustable hysteresis that I could use with the fast inputs of the brx? I want to calculate the frequency and phase angle of some 120 v ac sources

This is about as close your will get at off the shelf.

It gives you a 1ms pulse centered around the zero cross and works from 110-240VAC
There is a guy in Australia that makes it. If its not in stock, contact him through tindie. He can build up as many as you need. Its a 5V device, so you won't be able to drive it directly to a BRX.
You will need a transistor or SSR to drive the input.

to make it more industrial.
I mounted the board on a prototype board and then put it inside a DIN enclosure to mount on a din rail.
It works very well.
