The source code for DmLogger utility that comes with Do-more Designer and works with any Do-more PLC (BRX, 205, Terminator, Simulator) is available for free with no copyright restrictions.
Many customers may want to tweak it or just see how to write their own "listening" application on a TCP/IP UDP port.
Note that there is no formal support available by Host Engineering or by Automation Direct (PLEASE DO NOT CALL!!). However, the Host Engineering forums are a great place to ask questions to the Do-more community at large for help.
The .ZIP file below contains the latest version (2.0) for both the C++ version (the one that ships with Designer). It also contains a C# version, but note that the C# version has NOT been kept up-to-date, so it does not have some of the cool features in the one that ships with Designer (e.g. the File Log mechanism using the "#" sign - this is NOT in the C# version, but it IS in the C++ version, so you can probably figure out how to do it in the C# version if you needed to).
