DO-More SIM Comm Link Not Responding

Hello

Love Do-More!

When I launch the Do-More Simulator link, sometimes I receive the following error dialog and cannot open the connection to the SIM PLC.

"Comm Link not responding!"

When I click retry, it still fails to connect. The only fix is to reboot the Win 7 64-bit PC. Is there anyway this can be resolved without rebooting the PC? I.e.: Manually reset the comm link??

I did a bit more research and found that Studio Manager.exe process was still running in Task Manager. Once I ended this process, I was able to launch the MySIM PLC link successfully.

I re-posted with my solution in case others had a similar problem.

StudioManager.exe isn't one of our processes, so I'm not sure what that did, but I'm glad it's working!
