In the past I have used a active x designed by a third part to communicate to DL 06 PLC's via K sequence. Active x's are fast becoming a thing of the past. It worked well over radio, now we have moved on and use cellular networks and linux server, as you know active x and linux dont play well together. I'm looking for an alternative to the activex that will work with linux and keep programming to a minimum.
