NETTIME
« on: January 02, 2015, 03:11:48 AM »
Hello,
Im having trouble with the net time instruction. I apologise if its been covered elsewhere, but i couldn't find much info.

So I've opened the udp port 123 on my router, but still the net time instruction reports an error.
I'll attach a screen shot of the logic, and id appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks

That server seems to be offline at the moment.  Give 24.56.178.140 (WWV.NIST.GOV - Fort Collins, CO) a try.

Thankyou for your help, but it didn't work. I have tried about 10 different servers.

Are you triggering C24 each time you try to set the time?  The NETTIME box is a one shot box, so it has to see a rising edge on the input to fire off.

Also be sure that the Gateway portion of the Ethernet settings for your Do-more processor is pointing to your routers internal IP address.

Thankyou! This was the problem. My gateway was set to 0.
Domore support is second to none.
