CTDYNPOS

I have a Domore with a Ctrio2 and I am having an error 101 for the file name.  It will not allow me to change the number in the file how do I get this corrrected?

It wasnt showing up I used a new ibox for the domore.  Called AD and they helped me out, Thanks though.
