Has anyone used this feature on the Domore and how did it turn out. I have a machine that the operators adjust by a hand wheel and it used to read in SSI, the machine now has a domore plc. If I replace the encoder with an absolute encoder and transfer the info to hmi(via the plc) it would help the operators adjust. I just want to make sure that this feature works well before I do it. Any suggestions on encoder resolution and info would help the one I am looking at is 12 bit.
