Modbus Function Code 22

The Modicon M340 PLC supports a Modbus Function Code FC22 (0x16) Mask Write Register. This allows the ability to set a bit of a word.  Does the Do-more PLC support Function Code 22?

Currently? No.

The spec is simple, so I just added it to the server (slave) side, and it will be in the upcoming maintenance release.

The client (master) side is more problematic, since it requires extending the MWX instruction. We can probably add it in the future, but it will not be in the maintenance release.
