I read all the Tips that come up in Designer.  I've got lots to learn, just getting started with the project.  DMLogger came up, I know I need it!  Search in HELP only comes up with Device Configuration, no details on how to use it. I'm using H2-DM1E.

I ran DMLogger on the PC but there's no HELP there either. Any App notes available?

What I want to do is track machine output count, error count, with date/time.  Debugging was the suggested use and I'm sure to need that first.

Simple (once you know how ;)). Run DMLogger and do a STREAMOUT to the DMLogger device.

You can also redirect ERR and MSG, as well as some other internal diagnostics to DMLogger. I'm not in front of a PC right now...and I don't remember the exact nickname...but there is a $EnableXYZ flag that you can set to turn that on.

I believe this can also be enabled by opening the Debug View and clicking the "Message Dump" button. And the nickname is $EnableMsgDump.
