BRX RTD BX-06RTD error in EIO

I have a BX-06RTD Local I/O with only 3 channels enabled that works fine. i have the same module/config/wiring EIO on a BX-DMIO in the same system that i can't seem to stop getting channel out of range on channel 5 and channel burned out on 4 and 6. all unused inputs are connected to common.

I've checked wiring, tried forcing config, power-cycle, and changing config to different settings. it's not causing a problem for me, i just don't like seeing it.

Check the last two digits of the serial number.  It should be A2 or greater.  If it is A1, please do an RMA at AutomationDirect.com.

i don't plan to be at that site for about a month. I ordered these modules on 10/15. if this module is the prev. version, is this the only known issue?
